HR Manager – Glasgow, £35,000 to £40,000
Our client runs a busy Shared Service Centre in Glasgow which provides corporate clients with finance and payroll services. They are a lively professional team, with office premises right in the vibrant city centre of Glasgow.
The business is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to support the business as it continues to grow. The role is perfect for an Generalist HR professional with experience of delivering HR projects whilst supporting People Managers with all aspects of people development. There is a focus on the learning and development within this role. The role will line manager an HR Advisor.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end to end People related projects
- Support the delivery of the HR Strategy for the centre
- Creation and coordination of HR and project documents, policies and processes
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
- Coach and develop the HR Advisor to manage employee relations issues
- HR system lead, working with Payroll, Projects and the Business Analysis team
It is essential you are a Corporate Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) ideally at Level 7 and preference will be given to candidates with payroll, Employee Relations and Learning & Development experience. Previous experience of working within a contact centre environment would also be an advantage.
You will require advanced level IT skills particularly with MS Office and/or HR software, a Business or HR Management degree is advantageous.
Salary is £35,000 to £40,000 and the role comes with a range of large company benefits.
