Senior Project Coordinator

Scotia Architectural Systems, a bespoke Architectural Glazing company based in Alva, Central Scotland are looking to appoint a Senior Project Coordinator to join their expanding team.

 

An increased order book over the past 18 months has created this new position with a start date early in 2022.

 

Working on bespoke domestic and commercial projects throughout the UK, Scotia are widely regarded as one of Scotland's best when it comes to high end, triple glazed window and door systems.

 

Day to day responsibilities of the role are -

  • coordination of installation diaries for multiple installation teams
  • handling communication between site and office
  • overseeing communication between the office and end customer/contractor
  • site meetings (pre and post installation) with clients and contractors
  • warehouse management - including overseeing of stock and project deliveries
  • ordering of materials and parts
  • communication with European logistics companies to coordinate safe and timely transportation

 

Ideally you will -

  • come from a construction background
  • have on site experience
  • have a firm understanding of building logistics
  • work well under pressure
  • have a keen eye for detail
  • be comfortable working on and managing £2m + size developments

 

The role is based at our Architectural office in Alva, the hours will be circa 40 per week, and there may be occasional  weekends/overnight stays.

 

In return you will be provided with a competitive salary between £32,000 and £38,000 (depending on experience), company van, laptop, phone and all necessary equipment to allow you to conduct your duties in a proficient manner.

You will be driven, hardworking and diligent and be proficient with Microsoft packages.
