Glasgow based Russell Timber Technology is one of the UK’s leading Sub-Contractors offering Design, Manufacture, Supply and Installation of precision engineered timber and alu-clad windows and doors for large scale new build and refurbishment housing project, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger/Credit Controller for a new part time role in our expanding finance team.
The position is available over 4 or 5 days for approx. 20 hours per week and is based in our Head Office in Whiteinch, Glasgow.
Main aspects of the role are -
- Chase all debt by phone and email
- Raise sales invoices and pro forma invoices
- Post and allocate receipts
- Deal with any invoice queries
- Run credit insurance platform
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years Credit Control experience together with strong MS Excel skills, experience of Sage 200 would be advantageous.
