Area Sales Manager – field based

£38-40k with OTE £50k

 

Rainbow HR are delighted to be working with Stag Aluminium (part of The Kaliber Group) to recruit an Area Sales Manager covering Scotland and Cumbria.  This is a fabulous opportunity for someone to join the business at an exciting time and contribute to their ambition to double the turnover in the next 3 years.

 

The Kaliber Group is privately owned, with a £9m turnover, comprising 4 successful businesses, which provide the trade with niche and premium quality glazing products.  The ambition is to double the size of the Kaliber Group within the next few years and Stag Aluminium plays an integral part in this with the current £1m turnover moving to £3m in 3 years

The role of Area Sales Manager is selling Premium quality commercial and residential aluminium doors and windows to a wide range of commercial customers.

You will have access to a strong portfolio of aluminium products and excellent supply chain partnerships, allowing you a solid base upon which to grow your  customer base.

The Role:

As the Area Sales Manager you will manage and develop your own sales territory. Selling  the highest quality products from Reynaers, SAS Senior, Metal Technology, Smart Systems, AluK and Spitfire Doors. You will work with existing customers and develop new relationships with trade partners.  Part of the role will be to liaise with the General Manager to ensure that customer orders are managed in a timely manner and to manage the aftercare as required.

This is a field-based role, with the ability to work from home or the Kilmarnock office as needed, it comes with a competitive basic salary + 20% Bonus, Company Car, 25 days' annual leave
